Michael Anthony Arguijo arrested for intoxication manslaughter.
Houston Police arrested Michael Anthony Arguijo on two counts of intoxication manslaughter in the tragic deaths of Brittany Munive and nine year old son DJ. Brittany's husband, Dario Munive, and another child were seriously injured and remain hospitalized. Additional charges for intoxication assault may be added. Arguijo was reportedly driving the wrong way on I-45 about 12:45 a.m. when the crash occurred. The Munive family was reportedly returning from a softball tournament. Arguijo was also injured and was also hospitalized. Toxicology reports are still pending.
