Arlington resident Christena Monroe was killed on I-35 in a crash with an 18-wheeler. The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the crash. Christena Monroe was only 46 years old. She was taken to Baylor Scott and White Hospital in Waco where she died from her injuries. The crash happened on November 5, 2023, around midnight.
