18-wheeler crash claims life of Cinthya Guerrero near Friona, Texas.
On December 8, 2023, an 18-wheeler failed to yield the right of way and crashed into Cinthya Guerrero. The Texas Department of Public Safety investigated the crash which happened about 6:50 a.m. near Friona. The crash happened on US 60 and County Road 17. Texas Highway Patrol is also investigating. Cinthya Guerrero was only thirty years old. The 1999 Peterbilt truck tractor was driven by a man from Clovis, New Mexico. No charges have been filed at this time.
