Alan Schutt was arrested for intoxication manslaughter and failure to render aid.
On May 22, 2025, a Jeep driven by Alan Schutt hit a parked car occupied by Destiny Quintanilla in Rhome, Texas. Schutt was allegedly intoxicated at the time of the crash and tried to flee the scene. He was tackled and held for arrest by a bystander. Mykah Dallas was also in the parked car and was treated at a local hospital and released. The Texas Department of Public Safety made the arrest.
