Donald Collins killed by alleged drunk driver in Dallas, Texas.

In the early hours of August 12, 2023, Donald Collins stopped on I-30 to help a motorist who was the victim of a hit and run driver. As he tried to help the hit and run victim, an alleged drunk driver crashed into him and killed him.
