Houston Police arrest Edwardo Delgado for intoxication manslaughter.

On Friday Houston Police arrested Edwardo Delgado for intoxication manslaughter in connection with a fatal crash in the 4700 block of the North Freeway. The crash happened about 2:25 in the morning shortly after the bars typically close. Delgado's passenger was a 35 year old woman who died in the crash. Her identity has not yet been released. Delgado reportedly hit a concrete barrier before rolling his truck. Indications are that Delgado may have had prior arrests for drunk driving.
