San Antonio Police investigated a crash which happened early Friday morning August 29, 2025, which took the life of Justin Wade Mangum. A suspected drunk driver was arrested for driving the wrong way on Wurzbach Parkway around 3:00 a.m. The suspect was treated for injuries, found to be intoxicated and arrested.
