A head-on collision between 18-wheelers in Palo Pinto County killed driver Kevin Eom and passenger Sung Moon of California. Plano resident Rotimi Arijeloye was the driver of the 18-wheeler which crossed the median according to KRLD. The investigation continues as toxicology tests are pending.
