Vanessa RAmos and her five-year-old son Solumen Lopez were killed in a designated crosswalk in San Antonio when a speeding driver jumped a curb and hit them. The investigating officer said that the driver is being investigated for what could be two counts of intoxication manslaughter. The driver was identified as Marlon Daniels.
